Great job on this one, Ryan. I wasn't familiar with your channel until the algorithm randomly fed me your No Business 100, and then I subscribed and found this - I had been looking for a good film on this race but could not find one! As a Michigander, I've been considering this race, and now I will plan on doing it. Your performance here is great motivation to keep adding to my long term base of running, because you obviously leaned heavily on yours!

Great job! So many thoughts and emotions go through these minds of ours on a long run, and sometimes on the short ones too! Only we alone know what it took to make the race happen - all the hard work and sacrifice when nobody was looking. :)

Are you able to see exactly where you've ran after a race/run on either the watch or app?

Did you realize, you are just beating around the bush with great irrelevant which we did not want. Get to your discovered app and explain how we can use it effectively. And stop holding that phone in your hand. Its distracting. For me, its unusually lengthy.

polar Vantage V3. Do you know how to use the live segment to compete against your PR and not the KOM. When opening the ``strava live segment preview`` in polar flow, it only shows the KOM time and the PR time Shows 00:00:00

Hi I really like the watch face. What is the name?

My set up: xterra 4500 treadmill, garmin 55 for heart rate, and the Runcline app, and run gap to export to Strava and garmin connect. Problem: Runcline records about half the distance as what my treadmill shows. Even though my treadmill is connected by Bluetooth to the Runcline app. Even if I manually edit the distance in RunGap, after I export it, Strava still shows the original and inaccurate distance from Runcline app. Solutions??

Congrats on the race. I loved the Olympus 4s. My pair just died a couple of weeks ago, splitting wide open on one of my runs. They were red like yours which is why they reminded me of mine. Still searching for a new favorite.

The cutting interface inside is so cheap that it left marks on my skin when I was running. I had to pinch it all the time.

Your on the right track athletes tend to forget you need water to help digest the sport nutrition you consume while you race

I am/was in the same situation. I found QZ (qdomyos-zwift) app that is on android and apple. I will warn you it is beta at best and the documentation is almost impossible to follow. The developer is really helpful with any questions and I would suggest doing some research before you pay for the app to see if you are up for the challenge. At this point I have the treadmill sending data to my phone and then off to zwift. I am told that I can have zwift change my incline and speed automatically based on the workout in zwift but I haven't made it that far yet. It is worth a look for sure.

Does it have alert sounds for timer or it just vibrates?

I’m thinking to use the Pace 3 as a fitness and every day watch. I bought one but ended up returning it. Everything was great, except for indoor display visibility. Did you find this to be a problem? If so, was it something you just got used to? Is there any possibility Coros could do a software update that could have an impact on visibility? Really enjoyed your review. Thanks a lot.

I'm use to ASICS shoes for running, usually the cumulus range. Would you recommend these 8's over ASICS?

Hell yea nike ultra the move ill be using that on the 28k and those precision gels have little flavor and work really well 🤙

My 11 year old daughter is trying a pair of Cliftons for one of her dailies after using Brooks Glyrcerins previously. She’s building up for track season coming in April, so these will likely be her easy day runners. I’m a big Hoka fan, so it will be interesting how she likes them.
